What is the difference between a graphic designer and a web designer?

A Web designer looks after your digital assets: websites mainly, and can usually also look at things such as email signatures, animated gifs, and other on screen graphics for you.

Whilst some graphic designers do get involved with web design and coding, many will specialise in just offering print design -that's anything you can print onto, your graphic designer should be able to help you with.

Logos, flyers and leaflets, business cards and other stationery, display items such as posters, banners and flags, menus, stickers. . .

The list is endless.
